“I am not much of an online shopper but whenever I have looked at the iTokri website have always been fascinated by their collection. Their collection of jewelry, toys and Indian artifacts is superb. I have always found several gifts on website that have always been liked by my family and friends. “Finally I found an online shopping site which offers a wide variety of rich Indian Fabrics , Home and Living Products from every corner of our country. “I have been one of the earliest customers of iTokri and been delighted every time I made a purchase. What is special is that we can purchase from the actual artisans whom we cannot reach out to otherwise. And even if I have had to return because of size issues it was all done courteously and smoothly. This time I bought fabric - a combination of ikat and kalamkari and it was as good as I have come to expect from iTokri. I also like their packing in recycled materials and the use of seals in the old fashioned way. I wish the iTokri team all the best for continuing to support our crafts.”

“I purchased the Handmade organic water hyacinth coasters a few days ago. The quality is excellent. What I liked most is that the condensed water from the cold drinks did not seep through, thereby protecting the table. Customer service is very prompt and courteous. They went out of their way to help and get the coasters delivered urgently. Will surely purchase again!”
