“Excellent customer service, great quality products, and great prices. I loved the sustainable, recycled packaging, and the personalized handwritten note. My favorite part is that they give credit to the artisans who make the handicrafts. There’s no middleman. I’m definitely going to be shopping from itokri again!”

“The entire experience of shopping with iTokri was a complete delight. The communication after placing my order (I wanted to change my paypal id) was clear and efficient. The package itself was done so very carefully, sealed with wax!!! Handwritten notes are so rare these days that this will definitely be saved. The bag to store the sari in, the gift as a first time customer, everything made this into a very happy experience. I have yet to see my sari, but my sister says it is fantastic!”

“Your products, pricing and delivery standards are excellent. The hand written note and free souvenir with every pack is really a sweet concept. Only suggestion is to give running material in a single piece. The cut pieces give a problem at times.”

“I had placed an order which was urgent. Even though it was festival season and holiday at iTokri, they responded positively to my urgent request and ensured I received the order on time. “The fabrics are beautiful, the photos are a good representation of the colours and design of the fabrics. The time from order to arrival was prompt even though I do not live in India. I loved the recycled packaging, the personalised note and extras included. I can recommend this company most highly.”
