“The 2 items ordered were of good quality. In fact, the colour i wanted wasn't available for one of the items, readily, someone from the team contacted me and asked whether another color is acceptable. only after my confirmation were the items despatched”

“I recently purchased 3 necklaces from iTokri. They were my first purchase. I live in the US so it was an international shipment. The communications from the company were responsive and timely. They answered all my questions and provided me with regular updates. The package arrived about a week later. The necklaces are beautiful and well made and like nothing else I have. I will be buying more of their wonderful pieces and would highly recommend them.”

“I bought two materials from itokri, one blouse materials which is the flex cotton prewashed fabric and ikat patterned mercerised cotton fabric as saree. The blouse piece was too good, don't need any lining, that itself is a plus point and the fabric is very soft and comfortable to wear too. Great quality! Saree material had a very graceful look and the color almost same as shown in the image. It just hugs the body when we wear it and it's very comfortable too. I'm 100% satisfied with the purchase. Never felt this confident wearing a saree for like 5-6 years after my delivery. Thank you so much. Keep up the quality..”

“my product was delivered early with little personalized tokens like a card, a message and a gift! felt amazing to have ordered from an organization passionate about what they do and connecting with the customers. the product was so so cute I love it and already have a list of more pretty things to order from here. “I bought a woollen shawl and a silk+wool blend scarf. Both items arrived beautifully packed in sustainable packaging along with a small gift of earrings which was very touching. The shawl and scarf are gorgeous and better than what was described on the website. 100% will be ordering again in the future.”

“The fabric was just as advertised: lovely fine woven thin wool in an amazing block print. And arrived earlier than scheduled. iTokri also made sure that I had the most reduced rate for the tarriffs that I could have and was in constant communication with me regarding my shipment. There was a lovely hand written note and gift tucked inside the package and cute hand printed wrapping paper as well. Class act from start to finish.”

“I love my dupatta and patchwork jacket. They are beautiful, creative, superb pieces of artwork that I will gladly include with various outfits to coordinate unique, elegant looks. They are well made, just as the pictures show, and came quickly to Canada by mail. They are well worth the affordable price, and I appreciate the personal touch with handwritten notes included in the package that make me feel valued and more than just a customer. “The iem arrived quickly and securely packaged. The sizing was excellent and the merino wool fabric soft and light but so warm. . Most of the finishing was very good and secure. A few internal edges could have had a bit more attention...but there was nothing to detract from the beauty of the piece”
