“There are so many beautiful textiles internationally, but it is hard for US small business to purchase. Typically, there is no way for us to connect and make purchases. The team at itokri was amazing. I ordered on the website, the conversion tool worked, we communicated on Whatsapp and via email. I received my order in a couple of weeks via DHL and I paid the custom fees online. The fabric is exceptional! All handmade, beautiful colors, and prints. I am planning my next order now!”

“Beautiful fabric at amazing low price, swiftly despatched to the UK in just a week. The company seem to be running along co-operative lines, with artisans hand-producing quality artifacts and fabrics in their home regions in India, then iTokri undertake to market it for them. In this way, everyone is a winner- the producer, who has access to a world wide market, the shop front company who obviously make a profit, and the customer, who gets quality products at a good price, whilst being assured the artisan workers are fairly renumerated. Its a worthwhile model that would benefit from being copied more widely around the world. The choice of products is wide, I went for fabric by the metre but made up garments and jewellery are also available. I can see this company expanding its production lines in the future and bringing to market more artisan crafts.”
