“Perfect support and service from beginning to end. The communication was exemplary. Real people, really reading and fully answering all your questions. The free alterations service for readymade garments is superb. It seemed too good to be true, it absolutely wasn't. If you don't have time or energy to work on your own garments, I highly recommend itokri. Every item was beautiful. The fibres are what they are supposed to be: Real wool. Beautiful quality cotton. Garments are finished with French seams and plenty of steam allowance for adjustments as your body changes over time. These garments are made to last, to be worn, washed and loved. Even the packaging was thoughtful and a joy to unwrap on delivery. I will be a repeat customer, and I will be recommending itokri to other sewists and friends.”
