“Hi .For the first time was disappointed with the purchase (phulkari dupatta). As opposed to what is mentioned in the site,as also told by the sales executive on phone n chat, the dupatta is anything but hand embroidery. Its machine embroidery. One should sell what one promises.”

“I bought a gorgeous handcrafted Bengal kantha dupatta from itokri. The craftsmanship is exceptional. Platforms like itokri bring handicrafts and the artisans to the fore. I am grateful to be able to call this piece of handloom my own and thankful to the artisan and itokti for making it available. The service was prompt, the queries were answered aptly and promptly making it a very pleasant experience. This review won't be complete without mentioning the handwritten cute notes from Team itokri that bring on smiles effortlessly. Keep up the good work and uphold the art and crafts of our culture.”
