“Ordered candle baskets to gift my friends on diwali, received the order in a terribly damaged condition. I called up the customer service to inform about the product and they tell it's non returnable. I had to share the screenshot of there own product details to make them realise that it was a returnable one . So pathetic the customer service is that don't know their own terms and conditions. I will not recommend itokri to anybody . Terrible experience I had.”

“Though it was supposed to be a customized product, it did not fit. The fabric too was not as specified in the product detail. It was a waste of money experience for me. Sorry to say...”

“I have bought 3 printed cotton skirts two weeks ago based on a similar skirt I had bought in January 2022. Each skirt cost Rs. 899, which is quite expensive for a skirt of that quality. But I was even more disappointed with the size. The first one fit me quite well. But the recently purchased skirts are almost 30 cm smaller at the waist. It seems like iTokri has no quality check on the products it sells. This should be done in future.”

“Superb experience with iTokri. The fabric is just awesome 👌 got so many compliments when I wore the suit from iTokri. The colours are absolutely same as shown in the pics. The quality of fabric is too good. Worth its price👏👏”

“Genuinely surprised by how beautiful my fabric was when it arrived. I was looking for silk in a hard-to-match color and was well on my way to plan to dye my own when I decided to take a chance on the order. I couldn't be happier with the color (which is difficult to photograph well) and the quality of the material. Arrived well-packed and on time. I'm thrilled. What a positive experience. I've already recommended iTokri to everyone I can.”
