“Hi! Received the parcel very well with beautiful handwritten note on handmade paper and with a pen too. The product (stole) is also so beautiful. We loved the packaging too.”

“I received lovely handwritten greetings... I received within time limit both orders... Cotton bandhani dupatta was awesome... Material which i had ordered of chanderi was not smooth like which i purchase regularly from my city shops... it seems more synthetic & rough....”

“Nice products. But a few products r way too expensive when compared to outside market- it will be a lot better if u ppl can post it email for order confirmation with the selected products rather than only the order no. Alone. That's very inconvenient at times.”

“Please add some description to the items on display.And importantly do state the colour of the apparel on display. Some more specifications are needed.Example: Length and width of stole and dupatta.Transparency of the kurtas etc.Do suggest the seller Daram about the big difference in size between M and L.M is 38 chest but L is 43.Can't we have something in between?”

“I had a an issue with the payment. IT got debited from my account but did not reflect on Itokri's records for many days. Hence a delay in dispatch of my order. So this entire process took far longer than necessary.”
