“I had a an issue with the payment. IT got debited from my account but did not reflect on Itokri's records for many days. Hence a delay in dispatch of my order. So this entire process took far longer than necessary.”

“Its been quite a while since I have been ordering on iTOkri, the experiences have been good, except that once my order was not accurate to the payment that I had made. I could not pursue on the issue as I get the online ordering from a remote location.”

“I frequently purchase running fabrics. Time & time again I am notified after payment that my selections are not available in the meters I requested or in several small pieces. I have repeatedly requested that my order be verified prior to payment to alleviate issuing a refund or my having to choose merchandise I truly do not want. Furthermore, I have never even been offered a discount for my order not being complete as purchased or when my running fabrics are in 2-pieces (i.e., 1-meter + 1/2-meter; but I ordered 2-meters)”

“product is just okay..color fades a little bit..and elastic easily loosens..so i find it difficult to use it now.. in fact i had to stop using it in 4 days.. so i dont think i will purchase this again.. i had plans to buy more designs of the same product, but not now.. thank you for the compliment ear rings btw..but it is not my taste..so i use it as a decor for my wall mirror..”

“The site looks good. However, once an order is placed, there is no further feedabck for several days on the status or when shipment is expected. Called the Customer Contact Number. Working hours start at 11 I understood. It was a pleasant surprise that I could talk to someone soon after 11. But the agents started talking in pidgin Hindi without even bothering to check if the person at the other end understands Hindi or not. Anyway the order did arrive soon after, so thats that.”

“iTokri does a fantastic job of improving accessibility to handloom and handicraft products. I received the ordered stuff on time and even got a complimentary gift. But the website needs serious improvements - the fabric buying interface is too confusing and I ended up ordering the wrong quantity. Also, some products lack multiple photos from various angles. If these issues are addressed, I wouldn't hesitate giving a 5 rating because the product range is awesome.”

“The courier service you use for delivery of your products needs to be oriented better. I live in a gated community where the guards have been instructed to take packages when the residents are not home especially during working hours on working days. The courier should not be berating (scolding) the customer for not taking calls that are anyway being made at an inappropriate time during the middle of a working day!”
