“iTokri does a fantastic job of improving accessibility to handloom and handicraft products. I received the ordered stuff on time and even got a complimentary gift. But the website needs serious improvements - the fabric buying interface is too confusing and I ended up ordering the wrong quantity. Also, some products lack multiple photos from various angles. If these issues are addressed, I wouldn't hesitate giving a 5 rating because the product range is awesome.”

“The courier service you use for delivery of your products needs to be oriented better. I live in a gated community where the guards have been instructed to take packages when the residents are not home especially during working hours on working days. The courier should not be berating (scolding) the customer for not taking calls that are anyway being made at an inappropriate time during the middle of a working day!”

“I have ordered the two sets of pink colour hibiscus bath spa shampoo's. However i got only one. and in other set i got green coloured neem shampoo. Because of only hibiscus bath spa i have ordered whole tokri. So i request the team itokri to kindly send me the ordered things exactly as same mentioned in order. I hope you will be needfull next time.”

“Goods come on time. But the packaging is very poor. Items are forcibly packed into small boxes which ruin the products. This has happened to me recently.”
