“I ordered two garments from ITokri . Vaishali and Varsha made regular references by phone and e mail to clarify some points about my order in regards to styles available and what my preferences were. They were interested to have my needs met. The items arrived beautifully packed with a small gift. Thank you ladies . I will send you my new order soon.”

“The cushion covers purchased were as close to the pictures uploaded as possible although the products could have had a better quality for the price as none of the covers had a layer of lining. Hope you can improve on this point. However quite happy with the purchase as the first experience.”

“Thank you for sending me a beautiful pochampalli kurta that was highly appreciated by my friends. I loved the handwritten note that accompanied the gift. Thank you for putting in the efforts to personalise your products. I had one important suggestion for your kind consideration - The Pochampalli kurta fitted me perfectly but the palazzo pant unfortunately was too narrow. I am therefore forced to wear the kurta with some other salwar which is a pity! My suggestion in this context is that you keep the waist measurement more flexible so that anyone can wear it and this inconvenience is avoided. I did not return the item because the kurta fit me beautifully and it would have been sad to give it back .. the problem of not being to wear the matching palazzo pant remains as it lying unused on my shelf. Thank you for considering my feedback and ensuring that further clients wear the entire set with great satisfaction.”

“While most times I have been very happy with itokri fabrics, this time the silk cotton fabrics I bought were not quite as good as I expected. One, costing 1080/ per metre was particularly disappointing and did not have the feel of usual cotton silk. I find that it is better not to buy the more expensive fabrics. There have rarely been problems with the regular cotton fabrics.”

“I was amazed at the vast variety of fabrics that were available on Itokri. Very impressed with the efficiency with which shipping/ packaging/ delivery was handled. Would be helpful to have videos of the fabrics as that would give us an idea of how the fabric will drape.”

“My wardrobe has many of your items but the last two purchases have shaken my confidence a little. A shawl worth 5000 something had part of the border work faulty(line is not straight) and work being only on the borders is more noticeable. A three piece hand block printed suit I recently bought has patches of off-white .Chose to ignore it and kept the set.”
