“Ordered for the first time from itokri on my daughter's recommendation- some gifting options for Rakshabandhan - slightly late. But itokri went out of their way to have my ordered deliver before time on my special request to them. Really really appreciate and applaud your sincerity and commitment to customers!! Loved all the items too, and thank you for the welcome gift from your side, that was a v sweet gesture! itokri is something I will whole heartedly recommend to my friends and family - for their lovely indigenous products, sustainable fashion (which is why my daughter insisted that I try itokri), the non-wasteful packaging, and their efficiency and commitment. “I bought two pairs of bed covers for my Indian Baithak in my family room and they came on time. Price was reasonable too and loved the little personal note that was sent along with it and a little baggie. Very cute! Just one suggestion - one pair of bedding I bought had its threads hanging out from its edges. It would be great if you could stitch them up - like how we 'pico' our sarees. That way it looks like a complete, finished, ready to use product. Otherwise, loved the customer service and your collection. Great job :)”
