“It's been a while since I ordered from iTokri, but I was so glad to see that nothing has changed. “I have been a retail online shopper since 2000. I used to work at one myself in 1999-2000. And in these last 18 years 'itokri' is perhaps the best online store that I have ever shopped at. The idea of the shop, the products, the communication, the style, the delivery and the customer service - itokri excels in all areas. I like its Indian touch in everything not just in words but in spirit. I love the handwritten notes, the tiny gifts from time to time, the wonderful way in which the customer service staff speak. The site is easy to use, and the range is wide both in terms of content and price. I always shop here for myself and friends and especially when I travel abroad and want to take gifts from India. It really makes me feel good to shop here. I wish itokri all the best and may they live really long.”
