“Extremely pleased with the quality of the products. price and customer service. The products are mostly handcrafted and yet the price is very reasonable compared to other big names in the market. The packaging was done in an eco-friendly way using recycled newspaper, I liked that! Lastly, there was a surprise gift for me too. You made my day team iTokri and I will visit you soon.”

“Dear Sir/madam, We are extremely happy for your products. But we are facing some issues in your delivery provider(BLUEDART). Even if the shipment is in their center no one will contact us and they will update the status as the address is not recognised or phone is not reachable by themself without contacting us. Thanks”

“Hi, I have been a regular customer since the start of itokri and have recommended it to so many friends! For the first time, I was disappointed with the quality of products sent. It would be best if the envelopes’ design could be pre-selected instead of sending assorted ones. Some kalamkari envelopes I got at were of very poor quality. I even got 2 envelopes of the same design! I wish I had received ones of higher quality and better designs. Please ensure that customer can select the designs they want. Thank you.”

“I had ordered an unstitched suit length with embroidery which was delivered on time. The material is nice. I am very happy with the product. The best thing that I like was a short handwritten note, which accompanied the material and gave a wonderful personal touch to the whole purchase. Additionally the earrings were also very nice.”
