“I recently purchased 3 necklaces from iTokri. They were my first purchase. I live in the US so it was an international shipment. The communications from the company were responsive and timely. They answered all my questions and provided me with regular updates. The package arrived about a week later. The necklaces are beautiful and well made and like nothing else I have. I will be buying more of their wonderful pieces and would highly recommend them.”

“I am keeping it short since your requested a नन्हा सा review. I had the package in my hand but the courier took it back because they couldn't send me the OTP on my international number. I called the itokri call center but they didn't know what to do about it. Thereafter, I sent several messages to their WhatsApp number, to no avail. The courier took it back to Gwalior. The package was never delivered and they are yet to refund the money”

“I had high expectations on the packaging and was planning to gift it as is but to my surprise the package looked very cheap and the personalized touch to it did not add any value because the whole experience turned bad. I am not sure if I would like to order something expensive from here again”

“Hii dear itokri team I would to say that please restock your items ( specialy Pherans ) or please make these items available in more quantity (more than 1) And please take the photos in sunlight as the colour of items on your website is different from the colour that I received. “I bought two materials from itokri, one blouse materials which is the flex cotton prewashed fabric and ikat patterned mercerised cotton fabric as saree. The blouse piece was too good, don't need any lining, that itself is a plus point and the fabric is very soft and comfortable to wear too. Great quality! Saree material had a very graceful look and the color almost same as shown in the image. It just hugs the body when we wear it and it's very comfortable too. I'm 100% satisfied with the purchase. Never felt this confident wearing a saree for like 5-6 years after my delivery. Thank you so much. Keep up the quality..”

“my product was delivered early with little personalized tokens like a card, a message and a gift! felt amazing to have ordered from an organization passionate about what they do and connecting with the customers. the product was so so cute I love it and already have a list of more pretty things to order from here. I'm also surprised that considering how great the quality, craftsmanship and design was, the price was quite affordable too. thank you!!”

“I bought a woollen shawl and a silk+wool blend scarf. Both items arrived beautifully packed in sustainable packaging along with a small gift of earrings which was very touching. The shawl and scarf are gorgeous and better than what was described on the website. 100% will be ordering again in the future.”

“The fabric was just as advertised: lovely fine woven thin wool in an amazing block print. And arrived earlier than scheduled. iTokri also made sure that I had the most reduced rate for the tarriffs that I could have and was in constant communication with me regarding my shipment. There was a lovely hand written note and gift tucked inside the package and cute hand printed wrapping paper as well. Class act from start to finish.”

“I have ordered from u..and the courier came..but they are charging more than 6000 rupees as customs duty..I can't understand. So many things I had bought from india but no one has charged this much.u should have informed mee before itself.pls refund the money back”

“I really like the way iTokri communicates with their customers. I like the packaging and, especially, the handwritten notes included. Everything I have ordered I have been happy with. My recent purchase of a merino wool stole, especially so. The quality is much better than I expected, based on the photographs. It's beautiful and I'm so proud to wear it. “I love my dupatta and patchwork jacket. They are beautiful, creative, superb pieces of artwork that I will gladly include with various outfits to coordinate unique, elegant looks. They are well made, just as the pictures show, and came quickly to Canada by mail. They are well worth the affordable price, and I appreciate the personal touch with handwritten notes included in the package that make me feel valued and more than just a customer.
