“I purchased a pouch and water bottle cover. The zipper of the pouch was of poor quality. Fabric of the water bottle holder was flimsy dupatta material.. not appropriate for a bottle holder, So was the handle, it would definitely not be able to hold the weight of a 1 liter bottle. ITokri was prompt and arranged a return. I would love to give another chance but please improve the quality of zippers and handles and fabric.”

“A new journey started with lots of enthusiasm got stressful due to transport provider. Parcel was a week late but when I received it, I forgot the grudged as my order was too beautiful.On the top of all,I admire the way ITokri is aware of environment. “I had ordered two full length kaftans. The material is good I am disappointed in the lenght which is 51 inches. It barely reaches my ankles. It shrunk furthermore after washing. I've been purchasing from Itokri for more than 5 years, this is the first time I am thoroughly disappointed.”

“I have been connected to iTokri for almost 3/4 years now and have never been disappointed by any purchase or service. The incense sticks are awesome, the dress materials have a huge range and the kaftan tops are cool and comfy. “good stuff overall. the fabric-made material sometimes comes out duller than shown in pictures. The quality and stitching of fabric though is excellent. I have also ordered jewelry and cosmetics from the site and loved both of them.”
