“My experience was not as pleasant as others. The quality was not up to the mark given the price I paid. Material shrunk and faded after first wash. However,I want to mention the persistent customer service where they partly refunded the amount. I would advise the customers to utilise the return policy in case they are not sure of the quality of the product.”

“Overall experience was very good. Although I didn't get the color I wanted for one of the mask but quality and comfort is superb. The way they tanked with hand written note is unique. Definite recommended place to buy.”

“The products were of really amazing quality. I loved the eco friendly packing and personalised messages. However, a small concern with the masks is the size. It would be helpful if the size is mentioned on site to make appropriate choice.”

“I bought two cotton stoles from Itokri. They are really good material. The colour was a slightly different shade from the picture but the material was good. Happy to see the additional earring gift and handwritten note. Great job! Looking forward to ordering more stuff.”
