“I have recently found itokri, and I have to say m absolutely in love with it. Their quality of products range of products and the fact that they are handicrafts and indigenous makes itokri even more inviting. I had been looking for a site that might collate the indigenous products of India And the personalised message makes me feel like m opening a birthday present Great job guys...”

“The experience of shopping on itokri was as wonderful s the products themselves that I purchased from there. Immaculate packing with an adorable handwritten note and a little surprise knick-knack totally made my day! “I really enjoy shopping with iTokri. Their products really nice, their website is laid out well, and their customer service is also extremely prompt. But what I love the most is the small gift and hand-written note they send with every order I place. It just tells me that there's still a human element in this e-commerce transaction, not some bot or AI or hi-fi technology, and that feels really nice.”

“I love the products from itokri it feels so good to receive with a cute gift and a hand written letter.the customer care is great actually I had ordered few and I had return one product and I thought it would take time but they were so quick and even the refund money was on time.
