“Itokri has some of the most awesome products. Though, slightly on the higher side cost wise, but then hand made things are expensive, as they are exclusive. Apart from their collection, what impressed me also was their customer support. For ever ready to help! “I don't buy kaftans from anyone else after buying from iTokri. The reasons are 1. cotton material of the kaftans is of great texture and durability: soft and long lasting. 2. The designs are great, and the color doesn't run. There is a lot of heart in their products is what I feel.”

“I recently bought some items that were available for immediate dispatch. However the shipment was nottpicked up by the courier company for 2-3 days and i had to make several calls to have the consignment shipped. Your backend operations must be improved and reviewed periodically. Dress materials are too expensive.”
