“The saree fabric has arrived. The colour is magnificent and the overall quality of the fabric is high. It is a fine fabric, and I look forward to sewing with it. Very pleased also with the packaging and lovely note included. Highly recommend”

“Recently, I received my order #836390, a little late this time though(Maybe due to festival rush). Sadly,to my surprise,while checking the unstitched piece I found a price tag of ₹1800/-in one corner of the fabric,for which you have charged me ₹3100/-!?!? Please check the attached pictures for your reference.”

“Product i bought is cotton throw for sofa, everthing from order till reception of product was good ,but only problem was my product was not visible once i ordered i wanted to check other details like colour bleed ,fabric type, etc which i could not. Now problem is the thow bleeds some colour , so cannot use it with white covers or while i am wearing white dress, even any drop of water falling on it scares me. Priduct itself is good though not convenient. Thanks Peeushs”

“I ordered a kurta from iTokri recently. While ordering, I mentioned that I wanted the kurta to be ordered. I even wrote an email regarding this and was told that you would alter the kurta before delivering. However, none of that happened. Customer care called me after I wrote an email about this but they were clueless as to what can be done in this scenario. At one point she even suggested that I could get it altered myself. The person who wrote the email confirming about alteration before delivery (Mohit I think) also called but I missed his call. When I called back he didn’t answer. I didn’t understand why so many ppl had to contact me. I already stated in email what went wrong, still got 2-3 calls from Customer Care asking the same question. So that was unexpected. About the quality of the product, I have no issues. FYI - I have resolved the size issue at my end, so let’s not get into that discussion again.”

“Dear itokri please provide quality material. You should reduce material price, price is high but material quality not good. We love itokri products but itokri doesn't send good products. Provide cloth details. Provide ordered product information and order details. Purchased product disappeared not shown after purchase.”
