“The silk kurta stitching was not appropriate, The pocket inside was not stitched correctly, so I have to shell out extra money and get it done”

“I am very unhappy to share that it looks like a left out piece, scrumbled like an unused one and dull. Was waiting for it with good expectations but had a bad experience”

“I'm so thankful and happy that I found Itokri! I combed their whole website admiring all of their beautiful artisnal offerings, and I purchased two dresses for myself and a handbag for my best friend for her birthday. I wore my dresses for the Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers here in Australia, and I am in love with them! I send my Friend her gift tomorrow as she lives in Kansas, USA and I'm certain she's going to love it. I've also suggested to my Aunt who makes quilts, to shop on Itokri for fabrics. I most definitely will be shopping on Itokri again. I feel privileged to have access to such beautiful things. A special thanks to Itorki for my free gift, it will be cherished and the heart-warming customer service. 🌷Chelsea Rust”

“Very poor service. Itokri team keeps sending tonnes of messages but product wise, they are fake. Zero responsibility Regarding the product,I cannot say anything because it NEVER reached to me ( which was supposed to be a gift for someone) after LOT of efforts. This team just messed up everything. Not recommended at all.”

“Received all goods in very nicely packed manner. Packaging was also eco friendly. But the delivery was so much before time that I could not arrange for anyone to receive it. Had to call and request neighbors to accept the parcel.”
