“I had ordered a kaftan from itokri. It was delivered on time, the product looked exactly how it appeared on the site. I am very satisfied with the product. Above all, the handwritten note of Jia with a gift (something that I was browsing) shows the attention to detail and the personal touch. Really appreciate it and wish that their endeavours are successful.”

“Rarely does one receive such excellent service. The website it very easy to use and the currency conversion makes ordering simple. Customer service from then on is the best I’ve come across since actually being in India 40 years ago. The fabrics are beautiful and the wonderful quality one would expect from Indian fabrics. Even the packaging is excellent, recycled and containing a lovely wee handwritten note. Brought a smile to my face.”
