“itokri is one of those only e-commerce ventures which has made a place in my heart because of the humane and warm touch that it adds to my purchases each time. There is a girl called Jia who has written a thank you letter on a piece of parchment and attached it with my purchase along with a pair of pretty earrings each time since the last three years making the package look more like a gift than a buy. I love these guys :) P:S- they have done a wonderful job with their website as well Teesta”

The way you present them is excellent which is the second thing. and the way whole narrative is built around hand-crafted and personalisation is perfect. That handwritten note to accompany my order!
