“I had ordered 5 kalamkari kurtas from Itokri. I had clearly written 3XL size. But all kurtas are 2XL. It has been such a hassel getting the kurtas opened. The kurtas have been stiched in such a way that lower part of the kurta cannot be loosened. I did talk to customer care but she said that they make only upto 2XL and it will be very inconvenient to send the kurtas back and they not have any stock of 3XL. The point I want to highlight is that if they did not have 3 XL size they could have refused straightaway. Now I am stuck with shapeless kurtas.”

“Beautiful vibes, full of love and a personal touch. It was a refreshing purchase from a website that puts in a personal touch of a hand written note along with the purchase. A free gift was cherry on the top. Would definitely use the website again for purchase”

“I came across this website while looking for handicrafts. I have to say they have a very good collection. The prompt service makes me come back to their website each time. From ordering bracelets to masks to sweets to wall hangings. I'm happy with the products they've sent. The special messages along with an extra gift that I got with every parcel is a sweet gesture. Great team iTokri”
