“Bought a shawl recently. Excellent product. Packing needs improvement. While using newspaper and recycled cardboard boxes are a good idea, receiving a Pashmina wrapped up in newspaper is a bit odd. I'm sure there are better and more pleasing recycled wrapping materials available. Being eco-friendly should not mean being down-at-heel!”

“Recent order ended up a bitter experience. I ordered because you offered 2 cushion cases at Rs750. But a few days after the payment you people called to say that it was a mistake and i will get only one case for the amount. What kind of professionalism is that , i wonder!!
