“I bought some jewellery organisers and hand bag from iTokri and not just the quality of the products was great, also I loved the packaging. I m always in search of sustainable options and when I saw ur box made of recycled paper, I was floored. Loved your hand written note a lot. One small suggestion, it would be great if you skip the plastic covers on individual items too. Please keep up the good work.”

“Delivery was fast and packing was very good. The product that I've found on iTokri was 'Bichu' parfumed oil - it was for a friend, which is on love with the aroma for some time and couldn't find it anywhere to buy some more! I didn't expect that the oil will be packed in a separate very nice box and didn't expect the nice gift to me, as making my fisrt purchase”

“Hi. Thanks a lot. Totally loved the cloth materials. Thanks for the gift too. Was specially touched by the handwritten note. Nobody sends a handwritten note these days. Definitely will be recommending itokri to friends and will be shopping soon too. PS: Quite impressed with the eco friendly packing too. Way to go itokri team!!”

“What used to be a 5 star rated place for shopping is now a 3 star rated one. The decline is sad. More often than not the stocks are not replenished, hence we cannot buy what we have taken a liking to. And then after the billing and other things are done, I get a call that the item chosen is out of stock. So will have to make do with what's available. Sad to say the least. Please work on itokri regaining it's lost glorg”

“I am so happy with my order. The package arrived to my house in the US seven days after placing the order, and the cloth was individually wrapped and as described. The box made from recycled newspaper and the handwritten note were both lovely. Will order again in the future.”

“I am a regular customer of iTokri. They have never disappointed🙏. The materials/ jewellery I purchased and the small hand made gifts and the personal letters they keep with our purchased items are really beautiful and speak volumes of the effort they put in delivering the best to their customers 👏👏👏. Unlike many other online purchase sites, you are sure to get a reply to your emails or whatsapp messages or they return your calls as soon as possible👍. And a word of appreciation to their package materials - which are made with recycled paper or clothes👌. Thanks a lot iTokri for the wonderful shopping experience😍. “I've ordered several times now from iTokri, and been very impressed indeed by the friendly, efficient service, the excellent packaging, and the various products, which are all rather lovely. So far I've bought a charming decorative kettle, a beautiful indigo table runner and, this week, a very well made patchwork bag in different shades of dark blue, which I'm using for my swimming kit. Highly recommemded - thank you, everyone at iTokri!”
