“I am sorry.... But the masks didn't reach my expectations as I saw online whole purchasing.. The cloths are not that polished and more disappointing is the elastic attached to the masks are very very thin and one among them looked brown and torned out as if such n old stock.. Please rectify the standard if Your items and I had big expectations to be a regular customer of urs”

“I ordered printed masks. They are very beautiful and came with a sweet hand written note. Just one complain- the size of the mask was too big. It would be great if you could come out with smaller one's so that I can have the perfect fit next time. Thanks itokri!!”

“I really love their customer service and also the products they sell which seem authentic and of great quality. I recently tried their Kesar Badam cream by Neev as a night cream and it has a very soothing effect on my skin. They also have a very good collection of jewelry and fabric. I just hope my tailor can do justice to them.”

“Very prompt and good service Sorry to tell u I had a very bad experience a site called On the shopsaree I ordered for two sarees at 2000₹but to my disappointment I got altogether different sarees I didn’t like .Naturally Unlike this site urs is the best, I ordered sareees for me n my daughter too last year,anyway thnx a lot”

“Hi , this is Kasturi . I do the purchases for my mom ( Mahua Dasgupta ) and for myself but I live abroad . This year unfortunately I could not go to Kolkata due to the pandemic situation , so haven’t seen the material . I have only seen them on the camera so as of now my feedback would be good with very excellent packing . I love the small notes that u guys attach . So ya thanks a lot and keep doing the good work . “Your collection gives an amazing feel of authentic Indian handicrafts. These handicrafts which are carried out by people since generations have been beautifully curated with the modern touch. Your inventory covers maximum styles and types of handicrafts that are tough to resist. I love the dupatta that I had ordered.
