“I had never ordered from Itokri. This was my first time. I was in love with their products when I saw them online. I ordered some jewelry and home decor items. After I ordered, I was always updated on the status of order, shipping and delivery. The products reached on time and they were very well packaged. I loved all their products and it's so nice to see local Indian craftsmanship being made so accessible. The products were all good and I had ordered handmade items as I love them. I totally recommend Ittokri and I will order more items from them in the future.”

“I had ordered a simple cotton sole which I was thrilled to receive. The colour was true to the picture . I had also ordered a beeswax bath soap which I have not yet used so I'm not able to comment on that The handwritten note on hand made paper with the little gift inclosed was indeed a special touch. Thank you for that.”

I have recently purchased the Traditional Design Pipad Hand Block Printed Pure Cotton Fabric (pic below) and I loved it so very much. “The recent purchase i made was an Ajrakh handcrafted dupatta by Ismail Khatri. As i took it into my hands, i was totally blown away by the colour, the printing and the technique. The application of indigo was unlike any other. I shall be surely making more purchases. Thankyou so muc itokri and Ismail Khatri for this beautiful master piece.”

“Disappointed with the quality of the masks. Compared to the earlier masks I got from you, the masks received in this order are thinner (may not be 3 layers) and the nose pin is not fixed. They keep moving all over the mask. Would like iTokri to maintain the quality of the masks.”
