“Kashida cushion cover was thick and of good quality. Item was exactly as in image. Yet to wash to see if colour bleeds. Nicely packed using recycled cardboard and newspaper is something I like.”

“Decent products but went through a mind-bending exercise to figure out the size chart for mens shirts. I wanted to order mens shirts to send as gifts to the US. But the sizing chart and the description below the product do not match. I ordered shirts from 2 different Itokri partners and the sizing for both was different. So sizing uniformity is an issue. The Shirts from BINDAAS UNLIMITED have sizing all messed up. The size chart and the sizing in the description given below don't match. The Chest measurement in the description is incorrect. The Chest measurement mentioned is 1/4 the chest size. Calls to the customer care and asking for images of the product to figure whether the shirt is an adult / a kids shirt (according to chest size mentioned) is how I ordered the product. So buying a men's shirt from here is an absolute NO if you are not in a position to return the product.”

“Have been buying from iTokri for two years now. Always a happy experience. Products are authentic, staff members are the sweetest and respond promptly, delivery and return are absolutely smooth! “the kurtis i ordered were well stiched and material print was also good but unfortunately they dont have a bigger size so had to return them . Wish they had xxl size would have shopped for some more.The salwar with embroidery was very good since it was unstiched i could retain it.please add xxl size to your collection”

“Cloth material is extremely good . Packaging and delivery everything was top notch the only reason I am deducting one star is because the colour of the material was stark different from the picture. I ordered a yellow coloured Kota Doria dress material but i got a beige coloured one. Please work on that rest was absolutely worth the money.”
