“I bought two pairs of bed covers for my Indian Baithak in my family room and they came on time. Price was reasonable too and loved the little personal note that was sent along with it and a little baggie. Very cute! Just one suggestion - one pair of bedding I bought had its threads hanging out from its edges. It would be great if you could stitch them up - like how we 'pico' our sarees. That way it looks like a complete, finished, ready to use product. Otherwise, loved the customer service and your collection. Great job :)”

“I had ordered 5 kalamkari kurtas from Itokri. I had clearly written 3XL size. But all kurtas are 2XL. It has been such a hassel getting the kurtas opened. The kurtas have been stiched in such a way that lower part of the kurta cannot be loosened. I did talk to customer care but she said that they make only upto 2XL and it will be very inconvenient to send the kurtas back and they not have any stock of 3XL. The point I want to highlight is that if they did not have 3 XL size they could have refused straightaway. Now I am stuck with shapeless kurtas.”

“The dupatta was very beautiful. It was nice to have a piece of handmade stuff with its artistic niche. Only one thing would be nice if the smell was not so raw. Plus the markings were in black for the print. Could've avoided tat.”
