“Not happy at all! After few months of shopping now they are telling me from now on they wont accept returns of any order despite writing on product page itself that returns are accepted within 7 days. I have completely stopped purchasing from itokri now ! Their dont themselves stick to their own policy..all that conditions written there over page works only initially.. after that they are telling me that they cant afford returns.”

“Good design, good service and well packed and delivered with personal touch. Unfortunately the mask does not sit on our face. It's quite loose and the elastic belts are extremely poor quality. With the result we are not able to use it properly. Even if I wear couple of plain cloth masks and then wear on top of that iTokri Mask, it still does not stay and it's very loose and keep falling all the time. Anything that you can do to correct this pls ? Badri (+91-9821068898)”

“Yes.. goes without saying that I loved the masks they were so light n comfortable. But wat I really liked was the box u packed them in.,,notjing fancy but a box pasted with newspapers n childrens old book pages! So so much better than plastic packaging. Keep up the good work!”
