“What an excellent experience of purchasing and I was searching for incense sticks from johri mal, found this link and managed to get delivered on time and more over personalized hand written letter with a special gift of sandalwood sticks....just one thing love it the way of doing business.”

“This is a beautiful site for all kinds of handcrafted products. My order was delivered in 3 days. I found the management very customer friendly and interactive. My order came with a handwritten note from Jia and complimentary earrings which made me smile. I love how you have tried to keep a personal touch amidst the hyper-consumerist market that we experience usually. Will definitely order again from this website.”

“I have received a beautiful Sari from iTokri, and would like to say that have been very impressed with the item, the service, and the correspondence that I have received. The parcel arrived much more quickly than I expected, and was delivered to my door. It was beautifully wrapped and there was no sign of tampering or damage done to the outside. I was easy to pay for this item through PayPal which is my preferred way to pay, and the personal attention from your staff was exceptional. “What a spirited team! I got a handwritten letter and a small surprise on my first purchase from Itokri and I thought it was such a nice and intimate gesture, like building a personal connection with the customer. I had a follow-up question about my product and the team's response was prompt and completely satisfactory. I also loved the Indian touch in the language of all their e-mails and orders and they seem very affable, rooted and grounded. I'll be sure to buy more from this site in the future too. “I made two purchases on itokri,first was a cotton stole and two beeswax perfumes that came in pretty little boxes.The stole looks great and i even got a little gift with my first purchase,a pretty pair of earrings.Thank you for the sweet gesture. My second purchase was an unstitched ilkal silk cotton salwar suit,and that is lovely too.Thanks itokri for putting out artistic stuff on the market that is not only pretty but affordable as well.”
