“Despite all the COVID19 and erev Pesach craziness, I placed an order on Friday, March 27th and received it on March 31st. Color me impressed! Everything was packed nicely, came in perfect condition, and (as stated before) very quickly. The prices were comparable to local places, but I didn't have to leave my home to get them and no need to schlep them either! Very pleased with this order and hope to do business again in the future.”

“Hi I ordered 12 bottles of wine in total but received only 6! We were really sad because we were looking forward to a complete order. The receipt did not reflect that we were due 6 other bottles of wine. We are not sure what to do. Otherwise I enjoyed the experience.”

Hi Lisa, I'm so sorry to hear about your disappointment! This is very unusual, but with all the COVID chaos, many orders were divided into boxes of 6 instead of 12. Especially if there were out of stock items preventing the order from going out, we had to make the call to get people something while we wait for the rest. The good news is that there is a chance the second half of your order can still arrive before Passover! “On the Baron Herzog wines we usually serve on Friday nights, the price was lower than in our nearby kosher supermarket; the selection is larger than at said supermarket, and the on-line descriptions gave us some insight as to other wines we might like to try. Of course, the shipping of a case for free just added to it all.”

Thanks so much for your review and bringing this to our attention! We'll have to address this with our carriers. I know COVID has put a lot of stress on the ones delivering packages, but there is a certain level of respect that should be upheld for the customers' and their shipments.
