“I am sure you’ll earn that fifth star when I taste the wine. It arrived safely and since I was not home they just redelivered the next day! All was well packed and nothing was chipped or broken just cold. Have a good Shabbat, I’m sure I Will!”

“I love the wine and it came fast. BUT the UPS deliverer did NOT bring it up to my apt. I did NOT sign for it. He left it in the lobby and I had to lug it up in a hefty bag!! I am a disabled woman and I can NOT keep ordering if they do NOT bring it up- it is too heavy!!!! I would have ordered more bottles. but I was afraid he would not bring it up- as I told your phone rep. In the past, it was always brought up and I had to sign!!!”
