Hi Richard, Thank for taking time to give us a review and sorry to hear you didn't receive. Upon checking the UPS tracking number emailed to you when the shipment went out, however,it was unfortunately damaged in transit . This is a rare occurrence, but unfortunately happens from time to time. UPS is generally reliable and put our trust in them, but sometimes we cannot control individual UPS employees and how they handle our packages. I will have a replacement sent out today.

“Thanks Kosherwine.com... earlier this summer we made our third trip to Jerusalem and from the culinary perspective thoroughly enjoy the food and local wines. We brought home what we could but now, after finding Kosherwine.com we find that the wines we enjoyed in Jerusalem are as close as Washington DC! The selection is wide and deep, the pricing is competitive (especially considering shipping options) and delivery was reasonably quick. We'll be shopping again soon!”

“Good website, easy to order, case arrived in a few days and no shipping charge. We live in an area with limited kosher wines so saves a lot of driving around and shopping. You can buy several different wines to make a case. That way you can find good ones and many at reasonable pricing. Also have found the customer service responsive if any questions or issues.”
