I couldn't find anything at the furniture stores in my area and the products on-line were very expensive. I was looking for blinds at my local Pennys and discovered a mattress that fit my needs for much cheaper than anything on line.”

She remained courteous, patient, and professional throughout the exchange. The result? We discovered the sweatshirt had been purchased at Macy's. “I have back problems and have been looking to buy an adjustable bed. Since my husband and I have different needs we decided to go with a split king size mattress which comes with the separate adjustable base. We went to a few mattress stores but we decided to buy from JCPenny because their employee Linda from the Spring Hill store was a breath of fresh air from the moment I met her. She was very genuine, knowledgeable and respectful in how she helped me maneuver in finding the right mattress for me and my husband. I felt reassured that what I was buying was not only the right mattress for us but the best quality for our money. Linda has a way of making you feel like you are just shopping with a friend who can guide you in the right direction. I’m so glad I met and had the pleasure of working with someone who goes above and beyond her job duties because she is all about helping the customer and making you feel assured your purchasing a great deal.
