“Quick response, delivery to store didn't charge p&p not like Sports Direct and when I had to send back as item was too small, just took to store and refunded straight away. Not like sports direct.”

“I was refused the opportunity to purchase a football shirt marked at £30 as it was supposedly incorrectly marked! There was another the same price, but apparently their policy is that there must be 3 marked 'incorrectly' for them to sell at that price. I asked for a refund on my £36 purchase and while this was processing, was told to 'shut-up' by the supposed manager, 10th June 2017, Newtownabbey store. After I left some friends who were still in the store heard staff refer to me as a 'bitch.' So much for good customer service and being able to purchase an item at the marked price.”

“I think JD sports have been taken over by Sports Direct which put me off for a while as JD always had the more upmarket, pricey, well made clothing and footwear which I had bought for years. I, however needed not to have worried as it's still one of the best sports shops around and still have the well named, well made clothes etc along side the cheaper varieties so all in all they now cater for every budget. Great service and quick delivery.”
