“Absolute rubbish service. Ordered an item to be delivered to store, waited 10 working days with no collection email. Had to call customer service to see where my item was only for them to tell me it's already at the store! Went to the store (Stratford centre), and received the worst customer service i have ever experienced in my life. I was waiting for 10 minutes and completely ignored by the workers and then once they finally brought my parcel out the lady serving me was too busy in her own personal chats with other colleagues and made me wait even more. I didn't recieve any apologies for having to wait so long, she handed me a form to sign and simply pointed at where i need to write my name, no please/thank you, no eye contact even! She then handed my parcel over (FINALLY) while talking to another colleague. I know its JD, what else was I supposed to expect, but wow, i will NEVER order online again and will at the very least stay well away from that particular store and make sure to warn others too.”

“I was refused the opportunity to purchase a football shirt marked at £30 as it was supposedly incorrectly marked! There was another the same price, but apparently their policy is that there must be 3 marked 'incorrectly' for them to sell at that price. I asked for a refund on my £36 purchase and while this was processing, was told to 'shut-up' by the supposed manager, 10th June 2017, Newtownabbey store. After I left some friends who were still in the store heard staff refer to me as a 'bitch.' So much for good customer service and being able to purchase an item at the marked price.”
