“It was my birthday on 21st April and I received a pair of grey huaraches off my fiancé as a gift. I had never been one to like the huaraches but once I tried them on, it was like stepping on a marshmallow! I was that impressed with them I logged onto the JD sports website and saw they had a sale on. They had the all black huaraches reduced from £99 to £70 and in my size (11UK)! I was able to purchase them and reserve them in store for free! Once in store it took a matter of minutes for the lady to grab my order and off I went! Thoroughly recommend this method if you have children that don't like being dragged round shops! The staff at JD Sports, Aintree have always been willing to help and the stock is always looking fresh!”

“Oredered 2 pairs of sneakers. 1 pair got delivered fairly quickly but the other pair has not been delivered for 2 months now. Tried contacting customer service. They responded at first but now my jdsports account has been deleted and i beliueve that my 100 pounds are offically gone. WOULD NEVER TRUST THIS WEBSITE!!!”

“I would not advise anyone to use jd sports delivery service. Not only did my order take over 2 weeks, I could it contact customer service through the phone, they did not reply to my e-mails, which I sent 7 e-mails in total. I could not track my order as it said it did not exist. I had to keep calling the store to see if my parcel had come. When it eventually came it was too late to use as it was a gift. Awful customer service.”

“Absolute rubbish service. Ordered an item to be delivered to store, waited 10 working days with no collection email. Had to call customer service to see where my item was only for them to tell me it's already at the store! Went to the store (Stratford centre), and received the worst customer service i have ever experienced in my life. I was waiting for 10 minutes and completely ignored by the workers and then once they finally brought my parcel out the lady serving me was too busy in her own personal chats with other colleagues and made me wait even more. I didn't recieve any apologies for having to wait so long, she handed me a form to sign and simply pointed at where i need to write my name, no please/thank you, no eye contact even! She then handed my parcel over (FINALLY) while talking to another colleague. I know its JD, what else was I supposed to expect, but wow, i will NEVER order online again and will at the very least stay well away from that particular store and make sure to warn others too.”

“Quick response, delivery to store didn't charge p&p not like Sports Direct and when I had to send back as item was too small, just took to store and refunded straight away. Not like sports direct.”
