I was in jd sports and was looking to buy a new pair of air max's and i had to go and approach a staff member who was just standing there to ask him to get my size. The staff member did not come over and ask me if i needed help and also when i approached him he did not seem very interested or like he wanted to help me. When he brought me my shoes out he just handed me them and walked away, he did not wait to see if they fitted me. This is not what i call good service.

me and my friend jamie was in the store last week and also jamies girlfriend was there i was very unhappy as they were not enough room for me in the changing room i was very dissapointed i couldnt go iu with them.

I was annoyed the other day as i was in and looking for a pair of shoes for my son, i asked for a member of staff to take me to the mens section, he replied " i don't know im only new here". In my eyes this is not on!!

When i was in sports direct i asked for a pair of football trainers for my son, the member of staff refused to look and said "i dont know go have a look"!! very rude

was in asda the other day and there were this we bald man i think he was a delviery man was very cheeky and his two son were there shane and kyle.

In luton store they r very rude arrogant n showing attitude cant speak nicely vry rude to customer i ordered some stuff online as it was on sale i got my conformation email went their to collect my order waited 30min for my order finally got my order... instead u shud go to milton keynes jd they r so polite they will show ur item whether they r correct or not they r so nice n helpful....

Went to collect a jumper for my son in the Carlow JD store. The size he had bought didnt fit so they were ordering him in a different size as they had none in store..spoke to a very rude manager who informed me that due to data protection they could not give me the jumper as I was not my son..had never heard anything so laughable in my life..I explained my son was away at college offered for my son to ring the store but anything I said was just thrown back at me..obviously JD dont empower their managers to make decisions based on circumstance as all I got repeated was its company policy..You would swear I was looking for them to release the crown jewels not a 20euro jumper..as a result of this I will insure my son takes back all of his 160euro purchases and I will insure all our families future business goes to locally owned sports stores..rude staff, rude manager, JD should be embarressed at the poor level of customer service in their store.

oredered on line did not turn up took the money 3 times got to wait up to month for the money back online staff rubbish will never ever use online again

oredered my sons xmas presents online £85 - wrong one came so sent back duly for a refund an ordered an alternative in the mean time- wrong ones came again - ones dellivered were nice but £15 less than I have paid and they will not refund me the difference...I can make a long inconvenient journey to a store to get full refund but they cannot simply send me the £15 pounds difference! Or I can send back with prepaid and order different pair but no guarantee here for christmas. Worst customer service ever recieved - with three sons weuse this company alot but NEVER EVER again I would rather pay a little bit more and be dealt with couteously. Still waiting for the previous £85.00 to be refunded as well

Shocking company to deal with. Purchased some trainers on-line and paid for next day delivery. When they did not show up, I had to contact customer service several times to ask what happened. They had no tracking number, no other information, they just said they were 'lost in transit". They were so un-helpful that I've had to chase up a refund through my CC company which is a total pain.
