I have ordered an xl size 7 Lacoste hoodie 3 times and the have sent the wrong size every time !! No call backs when promised I've spent 90 minutes on the phone !!!

disgraceful service ordered trainers for my nephews birthday and arranged to have it delivered to the store. i have been waiting over a week and they still havent arrived tried contacting customer service absolute waste of time as you cant get through to them, tried the live chat that didnt work so now i have had to buy another gift and chase back my money DONT BUY ONLINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Highly disappointed with the service I have been given over the last month. As I was unable to oder an item online and pay using a gift card, I had to go into our local (20miles away) JD to order the item, pay for it and then go home and wait for it to be delivered. I was informed of the wrong childs sizing so returned the item, requesting the correct size to be sent. Am still waiting over 4weeks later. For the past week, I sent numerous emails; tried calling the 0161 number and being cut off; sent a message on facebook; sent Resolve email stating complaint (told I would be contacted within 48hours. I am still waiting 4 days later. Issue still on going - JD still refusing to send correct item. I have a very upset child and will NEVER be using JD. The worst service I have ever received from a company.

Poor service faulty trainers one day old refused refund and insisted on sending them away this company make customer lives miserable

Item never received they told so many lies I paid extra to get next day delivery still trying to get money back would never buy from JD sports ever again

Placed an order from their website and made the payment for the item and Next Day Delivery as on their website it clearly stated that orders placed on friday before 9pm are eligible for next day delivery.. So I was expecting my item to arrive on saturday (the following day).. no Item, no phone calls no thing.. I called JD and they said the driver will deliver the items on sunday. sunday and came and went and I still haven't got my items. I called the JD again and asked for a full refund and to my horror the rude and lying idiot that answered the phone said they wont refund and they wont be dealing with this matter as it is between me and the delivery company now!!!! I told them but I haven't received any item!! and she (the idiot on the phone) said they simply do not care and thats that.. so I have lost £80.99 of my money and no items.. I have opened a dispute via PayPal and will claim a charge back from my bank to get my money back from these scam artist... this company (if you can call them that) should not be in business and they should be reported to the police and taken to the court for scamming people and stealling people's money..

Tried to exchange a pair of trainers at merry hill store. I was 'refused'. Manager said they would have to be sent away to be 'assessed by the manufacturer even though it was obvious they were poor quality! How come it says on the receipt... 28 days to change your goods!!?? Wont be shopping there again

We ordered two pairs of shoes on the 4th July through JD Sports online and paid over £70-00 for them. Nothing was ever delivered. I Checked the online tracker only to find that they had been delivered to our next door neighbours doorstep. No signature was given and no note through the postbox. Now considering my neighbours were away at the time in Barcelona this was extremelly weird. I contacted JD Sports who said they would contact the Hermes driver, they phoned back to say that the driver couldn't remember exactly where he had left the goods ?????? JD Sports then said that I would have to complete a form which can only be done via post. This took two weeks to be delivered. I had to fill it in stating what had happened. Yesterday I chased them via email to find out what was happening with regards to my refund. I had a short reply saying a letter of refusal was being sent out ??? I then phoned the customer service centre and spoke to someone who explained that this letter would be with me in approx 10 days !!!! and I would then have to take the next step to receive a refund. After reading many comments on this website it appears that this is a common problem with JD Sports and I seriously think they need to look into who is delivering their goods. Obviously I will not accept this decision as they have robbed us of our money

I purchase a branded jumper for my son costing £40.00, 1 month later with receipt I returned it to the store as the navy jumper had faded. It had to be sent off for inspection and they adviced that it had been in contact with a bleaching agent. I do not use bleaching agents at all during washing an my eco friendly washing maching washes at 20 degrees. I have raised 2 complaints and so far no one has replied. Shocking customer service. Very disappointing.

I will never shop at jd sports again ordered my son a pair of trainers on the 22nd of June week and a half later had to phone and cancel them asked for a full refund which I didn't receive in my bank got a text 3 weeks later saying they have delivered them no trainers were delivered phoned again to get told the person who was dealing with it was in sick then today received a phone call saying there refunding the money today sorry for any inconvenience only to offer a £10 voucher not worth the hassle never will I shop at jd sports again appalling customer service

Terrible service in new store at Oxford steet, not enough staff and staff who refuse to help as they are only promotional win staff, would not use this store again. Was given incorrect information. Was only trying to spend momey on trainers for my son, better off going to the old small store.

ordered 2 things on Saturday 4th of July didn't turn up when was told by email .... contacted was fobbed off saying that it was their couriers (hermes) when i rang again was told the same thing waited 8 days and then was told the parcel was more than likely lost so they would have to contact the couriers (hermes) and i would have to wait until they received a response from them ... having that they had already sent two e-mails and not had a reply i wasn't waiting any longer and they said i would have a refund within 24hrs (which i am sceptic about)... i would never use jdsports again or would i use hermes as they are such a bad delivery company from past experience (Lost/Damaged parcels)

I order my husband some trainers that I couldn't get at my local store for his birthday I received a confirmation email for my order and the funds had been taken from my account £90 only to receive an email lunch time the following day to advise my order was cancelled as now out of Stock and I should receive a refund in 3-5 working days I am absolutely fuming and will never be buying from there again

Hi there for any 1 buying addidas gazelles. Is a bought my self a pair the other day. And didn't really think much of it and was wearing them for 2 days then I noticed that 1 trainer is a whole different shade of blue to the other 1 pmsl. So just watch out as they won't change them now even though I still have my receipt

I wrote a letter of complaint about the smug little witch called Danielle at Lakeside JDSports (if I wasn't a professional her colleagues would have had to pick her up from the floor after my visit) Dear Mr Cowgill, It is with regret that I write to you of all people but my experience in a JDSports store on Saturday has left me with no option. Having received the all - clear from breast cancer on Thursday of last week I decided to treat myself to some retail therapy and went to Lakeside shopping centre in Thurrock. I wanted to buy a pair of running shoes to kick start the ‘new healthy me’. I purchased one pair from a JDSports within the mall but then found a different pair that I preferred in a second JDSports in the mall. When trying on the second pair the sales adviser suggested I return the first pair in the store I was in to save me going to the other shop. Once at the counter I was served by the store manager, who I was advised is the only person in the store authorised to do exchanges of refunds. I explained that I would like to return the trainers and exchange them for the ones I had picked in this store. Without speaking to me the manager inspected the shoes, as I would have expected. This ‘inspection’ was extremely thorough and it was at this point, and in no way rude or said with a tone, I advised her that ‘I had only just bought them – three or four minutes ago.’ To my horror the manager looked up and barked, ‘ Did I say anything?’ I looked quite dismayed and with a very patronising look she repeated, ‘ Did I say a word?’ I was stunned by her curt and aggressive tone. I stood for a bit in silence , having said to her, ‘I was merely explaining that I had only just purchased them.’ Again, she looked up and said ,’ you are incredibly rude, it is my job to inspect the shoes.’ I did not want to engage in any unnecessary conversation with this woman; I was embarrassed enough at me being spoken to like a naughty child in front of a queue of other customers. It was at this point that I began to shake and tears welled up in my eyes. Not only was I being bullied by the manager I was being forced into a position where I was humiliated and embarrassed in front of a queue of customers as well as other members of staff. I asked her if we could ‘just get on with it’ as I was, at this point, desperate to leave the store. I stood in absolute silence, my face red and whole body shaking with rage as I watched her typing my details into the till. It was at this point that she looked up and said, ‘stop looking at me like that’. By now I’d had enough, it seems that this woman was extremely angry and upset with something prior to my visit and had decided to assert herself with me for no reason whatsoever. I then with slightly raised voice said,’ I am looking at you because it is courteous to do so, would you prefer me to turn away and speak with my back to you?’ I then turned fully round to face the opposite direction to make a point. She then said,’ right, you are incredibly rude and I’m not serving you. You will have to take these somewhere else ‘cause there’s nothing I’m going to do.’ I said, ‘excuse me? You’re not going to serve me?’ ‘That’s right she smiled, you’re too rude.’ At this point I demanded the number to customer services. She ignored me when I was asking claiming, ‘Can’t you see I’m serving someone, you’ll have to wait.’ Eventually she handed me the number and I tried to call from the shop. She gave me the wrong number and when I advised her of this she looked over and said,’ it’s the one we use.’ Frustration boiling now, I advised her that i had driven 35 miles to get to this store and now she was refusing to serve me? ‘Yes’ she laughed, ‘I’m the only one who can do exchanges so you’ll have to go elsewhere.’ I even tried to apologise to her for a misunderstanding but she just shrugged her shoulders and walked off from the counter smiling. As I left the store two customers that had heard this conversation stopped me as they left to say that I had in no way been rude to the lady and that ‘she’s obviously having a bad day’. Plausible had it not have been for the fact that it was just past 9am! I left the store, found an exit to the mall and sat in my car crying unable to continue my ‘day out’. Not only was I choked about this experience I was left humiliated and unnecessarily embarrassed by a girl half my age who thought her actions and rudeness were justified and somewhat amusing. My shopping experience was, to say the least, ruined and the whole weekend blighted by a half witted upstart who considered herself in a position to be rude, discourteous and patronising. Suffice to say that I will not return to the JDSports store in Lakeside shopping centre and should I wish to purchase anything I will do so online. I would appreciate a swift response to this letter of complaint and do hope that the matters I have raised will not be repeated by the manager ‘Danielle’ again. Perhaps a customer service course would benefit her; she may well be a superb manager but she is lacking in a very important area of management; customer service and satisfaction. I am in no way happy with the disrespectful behaviour displayed and would expect managers to have more decorum towards customers.
