“This is the first time I have dealt with Jennings Motor Group, and I will recommend them to anyone , the service was superb, trouble free, and very helpful no matter what the questions were. it took all of the hassle out of buying, and the quality of the car is top notch. “I saw the Focus Titanium X I wanted on the internet. I rang and was put in touch with Paul Robinson regarding doing a deal. I was told the car was just like new with only 3,000 miles on the clock. We spoke about my part exchange car and the fact I was in Yorkshire and Jennings was in South Shields. In the end we both agreed on a deal we were both happy with, Jennings delivered my nice new shiny car and took my old one away within a week and this included swapping private plates etc. I have nothing but praise for Paul, the girl on the phone I spoke with initially and Jennings themselves, we did a deal on trust without meeting, a very good deal and very speedy one too with no problems. Its time the Yorkshire Ford dealers woke up and gave service like this. I will be definitely back in contact with Paul when I need a change again.”

“Bought a Transit Connect from Jennings Middlesbrough. Mark Brown was very helpful and made the purchase very easy. Only negative I would have is with the finance as we had to switch from Santander to Ford Finance - this proved to be a bonus as Ford Finance was cheaper - this should have been offered at the start”

“I could not have been more satisfied with the purchase of my car. The car was in excellent condition and follow up calls from the salesman Felix were very much appreciated. There was a slight problem with some discolouration on the bumper but this was rectified.”
