product i ordered, rear bumper protector for Kia Sorento, not suitable. Have tried to find a way of returning product and obtaining refund, but no joy. I have emailed 3 times, telephoned 3 times, and had online chat. Was promised call back from person responsible for returns/refunds, nothing. Very disappointed, am going to pursue this via Paypal, will i use Jennings again, NO, will i recommend Jennings NO

I've recently purchased a vehicle from Jennings Kia in Washington. Having done so I would like to point out a few issues which sadly have put me off buying another vehicle from this organisation. Having had the vehicle for a week and despite making murmurous telephone calls I was not sent the MOT cert and had to pick it up a week later on my own initiative, also on HPI car is listed as on finance this has been explained and I've been advised that it will be cleared now that car is purchased, however I've still no clarification of this almost two weeks down the line or anything in writing nor was this explained at time of sale. I feel that having paid cash immediately on the day that I viewed and test drove vehicle the after sales service has been of a let down as I still await the HPI being clear. As large motoring group I would have expected a much more organised and better after sales approach.

Disappointing is an understatement,……… I ordered parts for my mitsubishi on line paid for them and printed off an invoice. One of the items was incorrect ( a substitute i think) and a new invoice was in the box which had been edited to the value of the original order even though the substituted part was of a lesser value. I sent an email to the customer service department and had and still haven't had a response, i have tried to call them and on one occasion was transferred over 10 times to different departments to then be told to call back. No i will get someone to call you back.

Up to purchasing the car all was good however on the day of collection the salesman was on holiday and the person handing over the car could not answer all questions. I was told someone would be in touch but todate no-one has. Not one phone call since driving the car out of the garage. Possibly because I was told there would be plenty of fuel but there was just enough to get home 6 miles away.

now placed 2 orders with you First order you sent out with wrong post code it took 2 days for UPS to sort this out ! Second order placed 22nd March (order number JN 00010000) chased by e mail March 29th -- AWAITING REPLY. as to when you will despatch. NOT AT ALL HAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICE CAN SOMEONE SORT OUT and PLEASE reply to me URGENTLY.... Mike Danks

Sale's did not do as they said they would, no follow up. Not even a phone call to see if I liked and was happy with my new RS, not what I was expecting. Car bonnet was badly scratched, my local body shop told me, this would have been done during car preparation. Drivers floor mat damaged. I don't think the car hand book even covers this model for Focus. The only reason I bought the car from Jennings, they are about the nearest dealer to me. Don't think I will be back. have bought another Ford product, from another dealer, will be going back there.

Not impressed at all I ordered what thought was a brake pedle a cluch and excearating pedle and for what I paid I was so angry ill never use or recommend this site ever to nobody I received one item for about 35 00 pounds what a joke !!!!

Customer service was shocking. Vehicle checks and procedures prior to purchase were not carried out. Over 3 weeks to try and fix a problem to be then told you won't fix it under the warranty so I have to live with the problem or have to get my money back. Given a courtesy car that I couldn't use for work so caused over 3 weeks of inconvenience. Told to return the courtesy car and get my money back, to then be told I needed to give the car back but couldn't get a transfer until after the weekend. Messed up the money transfer and lost the car that I was meant to be purchasing. Caused me nothing but inconvenience and cost me financially & productivity.

Very attentive prior to purchase, but once they have your money, the service evaporates. Purchased a car at the beginning of August and three months later, still no sign of V5 log book or service history documents despite countless calls, messages and E-mails to the dealership. Purchased the car based on the length of the warranty, thinking that if there were any issues we would have the peace of mind of being able to just return the car to the dealer and let them take care of things. However, having experienced what this dealer considers to be 'service', I am now more concerned about this car than I have been about any other that I have owned. My advice to anyone considering buying a Kia would be to reconsider your options, but if you do have your mind set on the specific manufacturer and model, save yourself significant time and stress and look to another dealership.

Bought Ford Focus hub caps and checked number plate and spoke to advisor who told me that they should fit and they don't. £60 down and difficult to return. I shouldn't be encumbered with return and subsequent charges for a clear mistake on their behalf
