“Just taken delivery of a Ford Fiesta which we bought for my son's birthday. From our initial contact with Jennings we were expertly guided to a vehicle would suit our needs and budget. There was absolutely no pressure or constant phone calls just support when we needed it. As the car was to be a surprise, all the staff involved were careful to check which numbers we could be contacted on so as not to spoil the surprise. We live in the South of England and were a little hesitant to purchase a car that we not only had not seen but also was from the opposite end of the country. We needn't have worried, everything was seamless and when the car was delivered we were thrilled that it was exactly what we have been hoping for. Would recommend to everyone.”

“Had concerns at buying at distance but was reassured by the team that all was Ok with the car and I had the right to refuse if all was not well. Peter Nesbit was extremely helpful and kept me informed of progress, so very pleased with the service. One small thing, one of the reversing lights was not working and the cover appears to be loose. This will be sorted on Friday by Heny's (redhill), subject to authorisation by yourselves. Overall very good.”

“I was assisted by a staff member called Tracy. I am disabled and was looking for a new vehicle that more suited my needs, which had changed over the last couple of years. While other deals didn't seem interested in my issues, Jennings Motor Group and Tracy took ownership of my problems and seemed focussed on sorting things out. I was shown around several cars, based on my mobility and access/egress requirements, we finally found a vehicle that was ideal for my needs. No hard sell or pushing, I was given the options and information and was able to decide in my own time. Nothing was too much trouble. I was made to feel valued as a customer and more importantly, that I wasn't wasting their time, which counts for a lot in a world where many car companies forget that excellent customer service means a lot to the customer. I finally decided to take the car and it's the best decision I could have made!”
