“If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Not only did NONE of the try-on dresses work (I'm out $30 with no refund) but they keep sending me emails stating that I have not returned the dresses. I received the dresses, tried them on and returned them THE SAME DAY. Once I got the first email stating that I had not returned the dresses I responded to the email and attached the UPS drop off receipt AND a screen shot of the UPS website stating that the dresses had been returned. They emailed me back saying that they received them. And yet, they keep sending me emails stating that I have not returned the dresses. Their system is TERRIBLE. Don't put yourself through the hassle of the try-on dresses!”

“I have had a great experience with this company. At first I ordered swatches and then ‘try on’ gowns. I found 2 gowns I absolutely love and they fit perfectly. I’m planning to wear them at my 2 Childrens weddings next year. I’m 5’8”, 140 lbs and I ordered a size 8.”

“I will NOT recommend anyone buying from this site. First I orderd a dress based on my own measurment and gave them the measurements they request. They sent me a dress that was way too short. It reached my mid-thigh. It was supposed to be long. I did not get full refund and they did not make a new dress. They did not follow what they promise in there guidlines. They did agree to sell me fabric to repear the dress myself, but I had to pay for the fabric and the shipment. The coulor on the fabric they sent did not match the dress. They did not give me full refund even though their guidlines promise this. I had to argue to get anything and even then they tried to trick me out of money. So, do not buy a dress for JJ’s if you are not willing to take the chance of loosing your money. If they do any mistake you have to pay the cost.”

“I had my pantsuit custom sized and when it came the top fit well but the sleeves were a little tight. The pants were 5 sizes to big and I had to get them altered. I think I'm more disappointed in the altering that the pants not fitting. I found the quality of the clothing excellent and would recommend JJ's 100%.”

“I ordered 12 gowns and each one fit just fine. Their sizing is right on target and the prices are incredibly inexpensive for the quality you get. Delivery is fairly quick in that I received my order with 10 days. I definitely plan to re-order from this site in the future.”
