“I love the quality and reasonable prices. The dresses are stylish and anyone can find one that is just right. My 20 year old daughter finds very cutting edge clothes and I find ones that suit my more conservative dtyle!”

“JJ's House is unique. They custom make dresses to your measurements and use high quality fabrics, laces, etc. for very reasonable prices. Dresses that you know no-one else will be wearing on the same day. Online customer service chats are very quick to answer any query you have. Delivery to Australia only took 2 weeks for my custom dress - extremely happy. Have just ordered some shoes, bag and earrings. Can't wait to have them delivered. Highly recommend you try JJ's for yourself and be amazed.”

“I would make this review 0 stars if I could - pay close attention to their very confusing and frankly predatory return policy before shopping! If you’re online shopping for bridesmaid dresses and what to try on a few options this site is NOT for you, returns are only accepted if they’ve never been opened, tried on, etc. I’ve been trying to cancel my order before it ships now for several days and received multiple confusing emails about their policy which contradict each other, had to open a dispute with my credit card company and couldn’t find a way to get anyone on the phone to respond to my request. This company sucks and their return policy unacceptable. Would never shop here again.”

“We love JJ’s house. I have ordered twice for my daughter. Never had any issues. You can track your order the whole time to your house. Did not take near as long as I thought it would. I love paying the extra $20 to custom order dresses for their exact body size. My daughter wanted a yellow 2 piece dress and that’s exactly what we were able to get at JJ’s…I know we will order again.”

“Lovely MOB dress, tried on once, day of wedding zipper completely separated (despite the fact that it was a loose fitting dress)and could not be fixed. Had to be sewed into my dress at the last minute. Almost more distressing than the poor construction of the dress is the response I got from JJ’s House - offered me a coupon for 10% off my next purchase!!”

“JJ’s House has created a quality item - the red dress I ordered arrived in a timely manner. Fabrication was excellent. Color saturation was superb. The dress was constructed with ‘boob’ support - something totally unexpected and appreciated. The value of the item far surpassed the cost. Delivery is swift; return process and refunds (if necessary) is easy and smooth. I’m a fan!”

“I was leery about ordering something as important as wedding items online but after receiving the items I was impressed. My items arrived rather fast considering the distance. They were packed tightly in a box so no shifting to damage anything. My items were just as described and went above my expectations. I will defiantly order again.”

“JJ's house is the place to stop and stay a while. They have what seems like limitless, gorgeous options. I have ordered bridesmaids dresses for 2 weddings with 5 & 6 bridesmaids who have all ordered from JJ's as well. The first wedding we all ordered our own style with the same color. There were absolutely no issues and the dresses l looked gorgeous together. The second wedding was all the same dress all the same color and it flattered all 6 sizes and looked amazing on everyone. Thankful we had the option to order through JJ's. I did have to return the second bridesmaids dress for some fraying and a small stain. But the return went very smoothly and they notified me when they received the return and refunded my account. My mom also did and At-Home-Try-On with 3 different dresses for her Mother of the Groom dress and the whole entire process was smooth and stress less. The hardest part is waiting for your items to arrive!!! But items always arrive promptly and what a joy to see that package! We HIGHLY recommend JJ's house for all of your wedding, prom or formal needs.”
