“I would make this review 0 stars if I could - pay close attention to their very confusing and frankly predatory return policy before shopping! If you’re online shopping for bridesmaid dresses and what to try on a few options this site is NOT for you, returns are only accepted if they’ve never been opened, tried on, etc. I’ve been trying to cancel my order before it ships now for several days and received multiple confusing emails about their policy which contradict each other, had to open a dispute with my credit card company and couldn’t find a way to get anyone on the phone to respond to my request. This company sucks and their return policy unacceptable. Would never shop here again.”
“We love JJ’s house. I have ordered twice for my daughter. Never had any issues. You can track your order the whole time to your house. Did not take near as long as I thought it would. I love paying the extra $20 to custom order dresses for their exact body size. My daughter wanted a yellow 2 piece dress and that’s exactly what we were able to get at JJ’s…I know we will order again.”
“Lovely MOB dress, tried on once, day of wedding zipper completely separated (despite the fact that it was a loose fitting dress)and could not be fixed. Had to be sewed into my dress at the last minute. Almost more distressing than the poor construction of the dress is the response I got from JJ’s House - offered me a coupon for 10% off my next purchase!!”
“JJ’s House has created a quality item - the red dress I ordered arrived in a timely manner. Fabrication was excellent. Color saturation was superb. The dress was constructed with ‘boob’ support - something totally unexpected and appreciated. The value of the item far surpassed the cost. Delivery is swift; return process and refunds (if necessary) is easy and smooth. I’m a fan!”

“JJ's house is the place to stop and stay a while. They have what seems like limitless, gorgeous options. I have ordered bridesmaids dresses for 2 weddings with 5 & 6 bridesmaids who have all ordered from JJ's as well. The first wedding we all ordered our own style with the same color. There were absolutely no issues and the dresses l looked gorgeous together. The second wedding was all the same dress all the same color and it flattered all 6 sizes and looked amazing on everyone. Thankful we had the option to order through JJ's.
I did have to return the second bridesmaids dress for some fraying and a small stain. But the return went very smoothly and they notified me when they received the return and refunded my account. My mom also did and At-Home-Try-On with 3 different dresses for her Mother of the Groom dress and the whole entire process was smooth and stress less. The hardest part is waiting for your items to arrive!!! But items always arrive promptly and what a joy to see that package!
We HIGHLY recommend JJ's house for all of your wedding, prom or formal needs.”
“I was a little skeptical about ordering a wedding dress off an app on my phone however it came very highly recommended and so of course I downloaded it and was looking through the dresses and stumbled across the one that I found and it is an absolutely gorgeous dress and honestly unlike anything I thought I would wear on my wedding day but I was just so excited about it!
Of course it did take some time for it to get to me which is expected it's a wedding dress after all. But anytime I had questions or concerns or needed to speak to somebody on the support staff everyone was so incredibly helpful and kind and understanding and each and every one of them went out of their way to make sure that my order was exactly as I wanted it to be and they even sent me a garment bag with it at no extra charge!
Sadly I did unfortunately end up getting incredibly ill and due to that illness I ended up losing nearly 100 lb and the dress no longer fits me but I'm on the hunt again!
15/10 DO RECOMMEND!”

“I am pregnant and needed to order a bridesmaid dress. I needed to order 2 dresses so I could see which one fit my new body best. Their website clearly states they have a worry-free return policy that says you are able to make a return up to 14 days after receiving your online order. So I placed my order with 2 dresses. They emailed me and REFUSED to process my order until I pick one dress… despite their policy. I don’t have time to order a dress….return it (if it’s doesn’t fit) and order another one. This has been the worst customer service experience. I am still in shock. Do not shop here.”
