“We had a family wedding recently and four ladies bought their dresses & shoulder fur from JJ's House. We were all very happy with our purchases. Sizing, quality, fabric and price were all of a very high standard! I would highly recommend this company for a formal dress.”

“Whatever you do, do NOT buy from this company. When I received my dress it was the wrong color (my choice, not their fault) but their sizing is not accurate at all; and I had a seamstress friend of mine do all my measurements. Then, when it was time to return it because they say on their website, "JJ's House will issue a full refund of the cost of the returned product if you are not satisfied with your item(s)." That is NOT true. First of all, they gave me the run-around and it was not easy to return but with lots of determination and time spent I was able to get it done in the short window they provided. But the worst part of all is that not only did I have to pay return shipping but I did not get a full refund. It's a racket! Don't buy from them! They are based out of Hong Kong and have terrible customer service. Stick with Amazon where you know you'll have great customer service, free returns and full refunds!!!”

“I ordered the A-Line Scoop Neck Asymmetrical Chiffon Lace Mother of the Bride Dress With Ruffle (008261975) in blush pink in a size 12, thinking this was my size. The dress was beautifully made and the fabric devine! However, I did not measure myself and was disappointed it didn't fit. That is why I am giving it a 4 instead of a 5. I returned it and for a prompt refund and have customed ordered this dress. It will be worn at our 50th Wedding Anniversary Renewal Vows Ceremony. I cannot wait until it arrives! Once I receive the dress, I will review it again. And, I plan to order my granddaughter's dress, who will be my maid-of-honor, and my great-granddaughters's dress, who will be our flower girl.”

“JJ's house quality beats that of any competitor for the price. The dresses had the look of a custom piece that would cost hundreds if purchased from a bridal store. JJ's customer service is also excellent and they've always fulfilled my orders on time.”

“Pricing is reasonable. Shipping took 1-2 weeks. Dress comes very wrinkled. Sizes run small compared to what I'd expect in any department store, but if you follow the measurements listed on the size chart I found that accurate. I normally wear an 8 or medium dress, but needed to order a size 10 at JJ's House and it fit perfectly. No complaints.”

“I have had several opportunities to deal with the customer service team both on the Live Chat and by email regarding some of my orders and I cannot fault them. They are friendly, helpful and incredibly polite and have always sorted out my questions to my complete satisfaction. I have also had to return some items due to sizing and so far the return process has been simple and affordable. I look forward to receiving many more items in the near future and would deal with the customer service team at JJsHouse any time. Thank you.”

“I ordered a custom made dress from JJs House. I was amazed at the beautiful quality, and the fit is absolutely perfect. It arrived within the specified time, no hassle. I will be wearing it for my wedding in August (when I will post a photo). Thank you JJs House, you make luxury gowns affordable.”

“The clothing and accessories are beautiful but with 3 dress purchases (1 of them custom) I have not been able to get a good fit. The dress pictured cost me an additional $130 to alter locally. Shoes were also too snug to wear but the cost to return is prohibitive. Love their accessories but shipping is expensive if they’re not an add-on to a dress order. Garment bags with outside pocket for accessories are quite nice. Shipping can be quite long (months).”
