“Total scammers, they will not fairly refund
I purchased two dresses that did not work for an event. I followed the directions on their website to process a refund. Now JJ‘sHouse is telling me they’ve only received one of the two dresses that I purchased and returned! As a result, I will be receiving a partial refund. They are a total scam and do not grant refunds. Do not give them your business.”

“Their customer service is a joke. Won't talk to you other than email. And if they have a problem with your order and didn't get an email to you, they won't continue to reach out. So you just assume it's gonna come until the delivery date passes. I am 3 weeks out from my wedding I was missing 2 of my 4 bridesmaids dress. When I finally get a hold of someone and they inform me JJs doesn't offer dresses bigger than W26 my brides maid is a W28. EVEN THOUGH I SELECTED SIZES FROM THEIR DROP DOWN MENUS. Also they made a dress for my Mom and it looks awful they didn't follow her sizing at all! Never shopping with them again!”

“I've ordered from this company multiple kf times. The quality of their dresses and accessories are really good, I'd say 10/10. Their customer service is really great too. I had questions about whether or not I'd have enough time to order a dress for an event that's happening October 2022, and they assured me I had more than enough time. They even threw in a discount code for faster shipping(I'm not sure that will always be the case for everyone but it was a nice thing they did for me). The prices are really good compared to boutiques or name brand/designer brands located in my state, and so far I haven't had a a need to return any of the things I've bought. I'm 100% sure returns would be easy since the company, their customer service and options of dress choice is vast. The only items that can't be returned are the custom sized ones and that's understandable since they say it multiple times in writing(so please don't think you can get away with that). If you ever get the chance of going to a formal event, please don't hesitate to choose JJsHouse.com.”

“Whatever you do, do NOT buy from this company. When I received my dress it was the wrong color (my choice, not their fault) but their sizing is not accurate at all; and I had a seamstress friend of mine do all my measurements. Then, when it was time to return it because they say on their website, "JJ's House will issue a full refund of the cost of the returned product if you are not satisfied with your item(s)." That is NOT true. First of all, they gave me the run-around and it was not easy to return but with lots of determination and time spent I was able to get it done in the short window they provided. But the worst part of all is that not only did I have to pay return shipping but I did not get a full refund. It's a racket! Don't buy from them! They are based out of Hong Kong and have terrible customer service. Stick with Amazon where you know you'll have great customer service, free returns and full refunds!!!”
“I ordered the A-Line Scoop Neck Asymmetrical Chiffon Lace Mother of the Bride Dress With Ruffle (008261975) in blush pink in a size 12, thinking this was my size. The dress was beautifully made and the fabric devine! However, I did not measure myself and was disappointed it didn't fit. That is why I am giving it a 4 instead of a 5. I returned it and for a prompt refund and have customed ordered this dress. It will be worn at our 50th Wedding Anniversary Renewal Vows Ceremony. I cannot wait until it arrives! Once I receive the dress, I will review it again. And, I plan to order my granddaughter's dress, who will be my maid-of-honor, and my great-granddaughters's dress, who will be our flower girl.”
