“I personally had a great experience with JJs. The chat function was very helpful and the agent even sent me photos of dresses in colors I was considering. I ordered custom and it fit PERFECTLY. I added some rhinestones myself only because I like more bling. The material and workmanship were impeccable and the zipper held me in securely without breaking though it was stretched quite to the max with the tight fit. I got many compliments on the dress. Based on reviews of my style that the custom dresses were too long or big, I hedged my measurements a little smaller and shorter and was glad I did as it was nice and snug in the bodice which I wanted. I am a 5’4” and 120lbs and 36-27-34 and ordered 36-26-34 and 5’3” length. I don’t know about all the problems people had with returns because I live in US and I believe it was shipped from US. It was just before Lunar New Year and I know Asian businesses shut down during that week but I received the dress a few days earlier than promised and in plenty of time for the wedding and not wrinkled in the least bit. Maybe I was one of the lucky ones but I have recommended this company to my friends and family already.”

Made it 9th November, allegedly been in UK since 13th November.however in Yodel tracking app, shows since 11th November.. this proves its not shipped from other country potentially, and sits in UK ll this Tim, no still not with Yodel, apparently only being sent to Yodel... so how come they advertise wi ship in 3-6days and now it will be 18th November with no tracking information or even delivery date accessible.
Will not stop with these reviews and keep going as no pt ordering something when the purpose of the purchase is to receive it in time.
Scared to even think about the fit and the quality.. Reading all these reviews is clear to see they are an awful business to shop with, especially with such high shipment cost -£17
And no communication with shipment or delays etc.

“Absolutely appauling. I received my wedding dress today. The "white" fabric has a blue tinge to it, the Trumpet style is not trumpet at all, it wasn't true to size at all... Never shop here for wedding dresses. I'd give zero stars if I could”
