“Quite a few months ago, I ordered a part for my Bose Quietcomfort 35 headphones because the micro USB port has become damaged and failed to charge. As a master procrastinator, I have waited until now to replace the part and Joe's deleivered not only the small replacement board I needed, it included a whole video with how to do so. Saved me well over $120 because I did the repair in less than 20 minutes.”

“*online order* I ordered a replacement screen for my MacBook Pro. Joe’s had the best price around, the screen was delivered quickly, and I had no problems installing it. “Have ordered parts from Joes in the past for my Beats Studio 3 headphones that just keep breaking? For $350 you would think they would not be so susceptible to breaking the head bands? I'm 82 years old and am very diligent in putting them on and off and how I store them? Yet the cheap plastic headbands can easily break no matter how careful I am? I have an average size head so that's not the issue. If it wasn't for the inexpensive parts and instructional tutorials provided by Joes, I would have throne them in the garbage since returning them to Beats for repair costs $200 or more. Mucho thanks to Joes for providing such great service and offering the do it yourself option.😀😀😀😀😀😀😀”

“I sent in my Wife’s Fitbit watch because it wouldn’t hold a charge, and as soon as Joe’s Repair received it, they sent me an email and told me the Battery was no good. They replaced the battery and even cleaned up the watch before sending it back. If you have any problems with your electronics, call Joe’s Repair”
