“Was thrilled to find Joe's when Apple informed me my son's Beats Headphone didn't qualify for repair under their warranty. Faced with a paperweight, another $300+ expense, and a disappointed kid, I went searching for options. Joe's was able to provide me a solution for a very reasonable cost! Joe's was easy to deal with, great with communication, efficient, and that's not all! They have a 100 day warranty that they were willing to start on Christmas Day as the repair of these headphones are going to be a Christmas surprise. I was very grateful for this extention. Thanks!”

“I came to Joes GE because I needed my Beats Haadphones fixed. The over the head portion had snapped. At any rate, I must admit that at first I was VERY skeptical because I found Joes GE via Google. No one referred me, and plus, I didn’t want to get scammed out of my $300+ headphones. So I took a chance. Let me be the first to tell you, I AM SO HAPPY I TOOK THAT CHANCE!! Joes is so professional, they are very responsive, and very transparent. They communicated with me during every phase of the repair process. Not to mention they have WONDERFUL service and a very quick turnaround. I would recommend them for any of my electronic needs!! You won’t regret your decision, I know I didn’t!!”
