Thanks for choosing to use our services for the repair of your Studio 2 wireless headphones David. We are sorry that you are not satisfied with the job that was completed and wish that you would have simply contacted us regarding the damage to the headphones. We do our best to leave the electronics that we work on in the best condition possible. Due to the tedious nature of some repairs, we can accidentally damage parts. On the rare occasion that this happens we replace them with new looking parts. As for the AUX port that is not working, we should have never shipped it in that condition are more than happy to fix the headphones free of charge. We have sent you an email in regards to this issue and hope to hear back from you soon. Matt D.

“I was hesitant to send my headphones out. I read the reviews, so I took a chance( because never sent any out to get repaired, always kept it local). They kept great contact with me. The repair was cheaper then expected ( $60, compared to what others wanted $109). The repair and the shipping was done very quickly, I was impressed with my whole experience!! Thank you.”

“Ordered and received Beats Solo Headphone replacement ear pad muffs in 2 days. Used posted video on how to replace which was easy to follow. Removing and cleaning off the old glue is not easy but installing the replacement pads is easy. If you have the patience to clean off the existing glue, these are a great choice. If you do not have the patience, send the headphones in to Joe's and have them do it. Actual product looks just like the original.”
