I came to Joes GE because I needed my Beats Haadphones fixed. The over the head portion had snapped. At any rate, I must admit that at first I was VERY skeptical because I found Joes GE via Google. No one referred me, and plus, I didn’t want to get scammed out of my $300+ headphones. So I took a chance. Let me be the first to tell you, I AM SO HAPPY I TOOK THAT CHANCE!! Joes is so professional, they are very responsive, and very transparent. They communicated with me during every phase of the repair process. Not to mention they have WONDERFUL service and a very quick turnaround. I would recommend them for any of my electronic needs!! You won’t regret your decision, I know I didn’t!!

Great service. My beats headphones stopped working/tuning on. I tried watching youtube and also reading online how to fix it but it did work. These guys fixed it within a week. The price was not necessarily cheap but worth it for the service. Thank you.

I recently had Joes GE fix a pair of Beats Solo 3 that had a broken hinge. Shipping was free both ways and the turn around time was less then a week. I wish I would have known about Joes before I bought a second pair of Beats for my son (which he lost). I highly recommend Joes.

Hi Joe, My Fitbit Blaze battery was replaced. This after failing to hold charge. It continues to discharge rapidly. Just overnight. I’ve recharged,disconnected, re every suggestion and from rescent “community Fitbit”. May you have suggestion? If this is to continue I would suggest not to service Fitbit. The negativity of the “community” may carry over to your services. If you have the resolve Fitbit would be indebted to you. Cheers Dean
